1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Firearms and certain tactical components are strictly regulated.

  • Handguns: To purchase a LifeCard 22 (including .22 LR and .22 WMR models), you must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Rifles & Triggers: To purchase the Pivot Rifle or FRT Triggers, you must be at least 18 years of age (subject to stricter state or local laws).

  • By placing an order, you certify that you are of legal age and are not prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under federal or state law.

2. Firearms Purchase & FFL Transfer Policy

The LifeCard gun and Pivot Rifle are regulated firearms.

  • No Direct Shipping: Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home. They must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

  • Dealer Coordination: It is your responsibility to contact your local FFL dealer and ensure they will accept the transfer.

  • Background Checks: You must pass all required background checks at your local dealer. If you fail a background check, you are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

3. Product Availability and Pricing

We strive to provide the most competitive LifeCard 22 price and accurate inventory levels.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

  • Modifications: We may modify or discontinue products, such as specific finishes of the credit card gun, without notice.

  • Taxes: Prices do not include applicable state and local taxes, which will be added at checkout.

4. Forced Reset Triggers (FRT) Compliance

By purchasing FRT Triggers (including the Rare Breed FRT-15 series), you acknowledge the following:

  • Legal Status: Laws regarding forced reset triggers vary by state and jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that possession and use of an FRT is legal in your area.

  • Usage: These triggers are high-performance components. Professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure safe and reliable operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text regarding the Trailblazer LifeCard, logos, product descriptions, and images, is the property of the LifeCard Gun Official Store and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our “credit card gun” marketing materials or technical specs is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The LifeCard Gun Official Store shall not be liable for any accidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Safety: Firearms are inherently dangerous. Users must follow all safety protocols provided with the LifeCard 22 or Pivot Rifle.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of any product purchased from this site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Buncombe County, North Carolina.

  • Using “scrapers” or “bots” to harvest data regarding our LifeCard firearm inventory or pricing.

9. Returns and Cancellations

  • Firearms: Once a firearm has been transferred to you by your FFL dealer, it cannot be returned.

  • Accessories: Unopened accessories (like holsters or extra barrels) may be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee.
