Refund and Return Policy

At the LifeCard Gun Official Store, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that purchasing a precision tool like the LifeCard 22 or a high-performance FRT Trigger is a significant investment. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.

1. Firearms Return Policy (LifeCard & Pivot Rifle)

Due to federal regulations and safety protocols, the return policy for firearms is strictly enforced.

  • Before FFL Transfer: If you change your mind before completing the background check and taking possession of your LifeCard gun or Pivot Rifle from your local dealer, you may request a return. The item must be shipped back to us by the dealer. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

  • Failed Background Check: If you are unable to complete the transfer due to a failed background check at your local FFL, the firearm will be returned to us. A 15% restocking fee plus all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • After FFL Transfer: ALL SALES ARE FINAL once you have signed the paperwork and taken possession of the firearm from your dealer. We cannot accept returns on used or “transferred” firearms. If the firearm has a manufacturing defect, it is covered under our [Warranty Policy].

2. FRT Triggers & Tactical Accessories

We offer a 30-day return window for non-firearm items, including FRT Triggers (Rare Breed FRT-15, etc.) and LifeCard accessories.

  • Condition for Return: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging. Because triggers and firearm parts are precision components, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed, used, or modified.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns on triggers and high-end accessories are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Ammunition, cleaning solvents, and items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team in Asheville, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Insurance Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $75 (such as an FRT trigger), we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same model (for example, swapping a defective LifeCard 22lr for a new one during the FFL inspection phase), please contact us immediately.

 

6. Order Cancellations

Orders for the LifeCard gun or Pivot Rifle can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once the firearm has left our facility and is in transit to your FFL dealer, the return policy and restocking fees (Section 1) apply.
