Whether you have purchased the world’s most discreet credit card gun or a high-performance FRT trigger system, your investment is protected by our comprehensive warranty standards.
1. LifeCard® & Pivot Rifle – Limited Lifetime Warranty
We are proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Trailblazer Firearms products, including every variant of the LifeCard 22 (.22 LR and .22 WMR) and the Pivot Rifle.
Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the entire life of the firearm while owned by the original purchaser.
Our Commitment: If your LifeCard firearm or Pivot Rifle fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Quality Assurance: Every firearm is rigorously tested before leaving our facility to ensure it meets our exacting standards for safety, reliability, and the signature folding functionality that makes the LifeCard gun a leader in the industry.
2. FRT Triggers – Manufacturer Performance Warranty
Our collection of FRT Triggers (including the Rare Breed FRT-15 and FRT-15L3) are precision-engineered tactical components built for high-volume use.
Defect Coverage: We guarantee that your FRT trigger will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Material Integrity: This covers the 7075-T6 aluminum housing and the precision wire EDM cut steel components.
Installation Note: Because these are high-performance “drop-in” units, the warranty is valid only if the trigger has been installed correctly. We strongly recommend professional gunsmith installation to ensure the forced reset mechanism functions as intended.
3. What is NOT Covered
To maintain the highest level of safety and performance, our warranty does not cover the following:
Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual cosmetic wear, such as scratches to the finish or standard rifling wear from high-volume shooting.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations, “home-gunsmithing,” or use of aftermarket parts that interfere with the original engineering of the LifeCard 22 or Pivot Rifle.
Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper maintenance, use of incorrect ammunition (including reloaded or non-SAAMI spec rounds), or accidental damage (dropping, crushing, or exposure to extreme chemicals).
Second-Hand Purchases: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product from our official store.
4. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect, please follow our streamlined “Tactical Support” process:
Contact Support: Email us at info@lifecardgun.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or video if applicable.
Troubleshooting: Our expert team may provide remote troubleshooting steps (especially for FRT triggers which often require specific buffer weights like H2 or H3 for optimal performance).
Return Authorization (RMA): If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship firearms or triggers back without an RMA.
Shipping: For firearm repairs, all shipments must comply with federal and state laws. We will provide specific instructions on how to safely and legally ship your LifeCard or Pivot Rifle back to our service center.
5. Important Legal Disclaimers
No Other Warranties: Except as stated above, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: The LifeCard Gun Official Store shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Safety First: Firearms are inherently dangerous. Always follow the safety instructions provided with your LifeCard 22 or Pivot Rifle. Failure to follow safety protocols voids all warranties and can result in serious injury.
